When I set out to build Aryaman Public School, I did not begin with blueprints or balance sheets. I began with a question: what kind of institution would I have wanted for my own child? The answer to that question became the foundation upon which every brick of this school was laid.

I have spent my life building things — businesses, communities, institutions — and across every endeavor, one truth has remained constant: people are everything. Not systems, not structures, not strategies — people. And nowhere is this truth more sacred than in the context of a school, where the people we speak of are children. That someone, I resolve, will always be us.
